Folk Instruments

Ensemble player and soloist of the National Academic Orchestra of Folk Instruments, Honoured Artist of Ukraine (2009).

He was educated at S.Vorobkevich Chernovtsi Arts College (cl. of N. Scherban) and Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine (cl. of prof. G. Agratina, Honoured Artist of Ukraine).

He is a laureate of many international competitions such as “New Names of Ukraine” (Kiev, 2000), the Second International Competition of folk instruments named after I. Hotkevich – 1st prize (Kharkov, 2001), the E.Coca International Contest of Young performers – 1st prize (Chisinau, Moldova, 2006). Voychuk is a fellow of the International Charity Foundation named after Vladimir Spivakov, of the President of Ukraine fund (2006).

He tours with various orchestras and ensembles around the cities of Ukraine and abroad. He has performed in Russia, Moldova, Romania, Hungary, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, France, Iran, Turkmenistan and other countries.

He cooperates with such orchestras as the National Ensemble of Soloists “Kyiv Camerata”, National Chamber Ensemble “Kyiv Soloists”, Symphony Orchestra of the National Philharmonic of Ukraine, National Academic Choir “Dumka”.
