Born in Kiev in 1994, Roman graduated from the P.I. Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, where he works as a senior lecturer now. The laureate and winner of the Grand Prix of many national and international music competitions. Since 1994 he is a member of Yehudi Menuhin International Association of Professional Musicians. The founder and the President of the “Golden Chord” fund.

Roman Grynkiv toured and participated in numerous festivals in America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, Belgium, France and Poland. He worked with prominent musicians, including the jazz-guitar star Al Di Meola, with whom he played several concerts and recorded a CD «Winter Night» in 1999. The repertoire includes works of modern and classical (Mozart, Handel, Vivaldi, Bortnyansky, Schubert) composers and his own compositions.

The instrument was made by him and it has a unique sound and interesting design features, which makes it possible to play a variety of music styles and genres.

The music performed by Roman Grynkiv I heard for the first time more than ten years ago. There were some modern jazz themes and compositions of Bach on the tape, but I was really enchanted with the instrument he played - clear, gentle, and yet ... comprehensive – there cannot be a more suitable word.
