Nina Gerasimova-Persidskaya is the head of the Antique Music Chair at P.I. Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine, the academician of the Ukrainian National Academy of Arts, Candidate of Art Studies, professor, honored worker of art in Ukraine, holder of the honorary sign “For Merit to the Polish Culture”, laureate of Lysenko Prize, the great gold medal of the National Ukrainian Academy of Arts, silver medal "For Merits in the Twentieth Century" of the International Biographical Centre (Cambridge, Great Britain), the title of the Woman of the Year 1992-1993 of  the International Biographical Centre (Cambridge, Great Britain)

She is the author of 140 scientific publications (among which are 3 monographs, 4 music notation editions of part singing compositions of XVII -XVIII) on problems of Ukrainian and Russian music of the Baroque period.

Nina Gerasimova-Persidskaya is also a participant of Ukrainian and international scientific symposiums and conferences of Russia, Poland, the USA, Germany, Switzerland and other countries. She gives lectures on the problems of Ukrainian and Russian music of Baroque in Russia, the USA, Switzerland, Serbia, Germany and other countries of the world.
